Driving Innovation in Public Diplomacy with AI Language Technology
Twigfarm has been selected by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) as the official operator of the 2025 Korea Insight Service for Overseas (Translation and Monitoring) project. Going beyond traditional translation services, this initiative focuses on identifying and correcting misinformation about Korea across global platforms—strengthening the reliability of Korea’s national brand through multilingual, AI-powered communication.
The project covers 10 major language markets. Twigfarm will leverage its AI-based SaaS translation platform LETR WORKS, sentence-level quality inspection tool LETR Inspector, and a vector-based RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system to automatically monitor and analyze misleading content. Real-time correction workflows powered by these tools are expected to reduce review time by up to 40% and improve translation accuracy significantly.
This milestone marks a pivotal step in Twigfarm’s evolution into a global AI language data hub, solidifying its position not only in the public sector but also in the expanding private markets for multilingual content services—spanning media, education, e-commerce, and more.
